Quick update
Good morning dear friends,
Just a quick note to let you know that there have not been new episodes this week or last as we had an accident just before the new year. The healing process is still consuming much of my time and energy, however are ok, and all will be well. I hope to have something new for you next week, but we are taking things one day at a time. There are over 100 Contemplative at Home episodes in the back catalog, so if you do have a weekly practice here, please look out one of your old favourites!
