Hello Friends,

In this episode we pray with Ephesians 1:17-23.

These verses hold both Paul’s prayer for the Ephesians for a deepening awareness and intimacy with the Divine,

and well as Paul’s reflection on Christ the King, who we celebrate this Sunday.

“God placed all things under his feet” Paul writes (v22), and we know that this Christ, “seated at the right hand” of God, is he who consistently chose against power, success and control whilst he walked this earth.

Every blessing as you pray friends. Stay tuned for a poem from Tina on Sunday, continuing this reflection on God’s upside-down kingdom.

Contemplative at Home offers guided meditative prayer – space to slow down and listen to the truth that is being born out of God’s love for you today – drawing on Ignatian spirituality and at times, Lectio Divina.
